QuaSi2 - Improvements

Main improvements:

  • support of container gates provides a better structuring for the circuits
  • XML-based file format, makes it easier to read or parse a given circuit
  • supports controlled two and more qubit gates
  • supports the GAP-format for parsing Complex numbers
